Did you know that the 2 most common signs of Food Intolerances are.....

Well....that's probably 99% of the population!!
However, some people have a BIGGER wind and fatigue problem than others...so the question is.....

Food Intolerance symptoms vary tremendously.....from IBS to headaches; weight gain to restlessness; rashes to insomnia; joint pain to palpitations; muscle aches to depression; indigestion to anxiety; bloating to chest pain; lethargy to hyperactivity... and many more....

Mono Sodium Glutamate...commonly known as MSG.....what can I say....Aaaaaggghhhhh...

It's used as a flavouring enhancer....an artificial flavour...it's E number is E621...sometimes they just put Flavouring on the label...but it's most likely going to be MSG. 
It makes chicken more chickeny....beef...beefier....and if you think there is any cheese & onion in those crisps....it's all MSG. It's frequently added to sauces, crisps, cheap convenience foods...and usually chinese food.  People who have a mild intolerance might get a dry mouth, wind & yawning after eating food with MSG....if you're more sensitive you might get a headache or palpitations...and for those with greater sensitivity...you would have severe digestive upsets AND any of the previous symptoms.

Now here is the interesting bit.....studies show that Glutamate influences the satiety centre in the Brain (this is our appetite control centre)...by reducing the concentration of Leptin.  So what exactly does that mean?  Well, Leptin is also known as the 'slim hormone'....it's the hormone that tells our brain that we ar 'full'...and had enough to eat.  So...the more Glutamate you consume...the less Leptin you have....and the less 'full' you will feel....therefore the Brain will keep sending out commands to EAT something...and the more food you eat...the more weight you will put on....simples...that brings me back to .....Aaaaaggghhhh....
